Cassava Pudding

Cecille’s Best Cassava Pudding

2 packs cassava grated (frozen)
11/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 pcs eggs, beaten
2 cans coconut milk

Topping: 1 can condensed milk

Mix all the ingredients and set the oven for 300 degrees F and bake for 1 and 45 minutes. If the top is already golden brown, remove from oven and put the topping (1 can condensed milk) and put it back in the oven for 30 min. at 325 degrees F.

Saps,pwede mo sab dugangan nan macapuno strings instead na asukar.Kay matam is na sab ini.Isa ka gamay na garapon.lamii yaon pabanga mo .may makarubkubay .
