Four Tagon-ons passed the 2007 bar examination, namely: Allen L. Montenegro, Peter Bill C. Elizalde, Wilfredo C. Rebuyon, and Roseller P. Villarubia. People in the know said that it was the hardest in eight years.
Two of the four newly minted lawyers---Allen and Roseller--- are Purisimians. And interestingly their personal history and traits intersect: both were honor students of Batch ’96 in Purisima School, Allen being the valedictorian and Roseller, first honorable mention; though both laconic and self-effacing, they had the same passion as student leaders in high school and college.

Reviewing what we have done the 12 months, we are glad to know that the website has reached a 5 million hits bench mark at the end of the year. In other words, we have been enjoying an average of 400k hits per month for the last 12 months with 42k visitors & 87k number of visits. This is quite an improvement as compared to last year, which was a mere 250k per month.
We have also made our name " TAGOSDS.ORG " known in the virtual world of World Wide Web as one could quickly gain access to us by using the search engines, such as Google and Yahoo. Our website is currently rank no. 3 in keyword search for “tago” and no.1 in keyword search for “tagosds” using google & yahoo search engines. Tagosds.Org also appears in the list of Wikipedia, Mindanao Online and Filipino-American Websites.

Finally, a new website version is launched today with a bunch of new features and new designs. It is also powered by an upgraded version of content management system. The menus, banner, background and front-end interface have a fresh new look.
There's a new Video Sharing @ gallery section. If you have videos to share, you may upload them at the gallery section.
You'll also notice that you can leave comments or message on the mainpage now. It's a great way to communicate with other Tagon-ons and share your thoughts with them instantly.
I am still working on with other features such as flash animated banner and online family tree section.
Of course, I will be happy to hear your comments and suggestion on the new site version.
